The Project

Clarity Testing Services provides Mobile Drug Tests, Onsite Respirator Exams, Onsite OSHA Lead Levels and a full range of safety, health, and compliance services right at your office or worksite in our fleet of mobile medical units.

The Solution

The first step was to re-design the existing Clarity Testing Services website to maintain their existing web presence but with an updated interface for easier access to company information. Thereafter, an intranet using 128-bit SSL encryption was designed to allow clients the ability to login and view test results for their specific company and print watermarked PDF documents that contained the results, for further review. Test results were downloaded several times daily from secure systems at various laboratories throughout the country. The results were then assimilated by a custom parsing program and added to a database. In addition, intranet administrators were provided with modules to manage client logins and personal information, and run various system reports such as login auditing and daily test data downloads. Technologies used were ColdFusion 4.5.2, Microsoft SQL Server 7 and ActivePDF toolkit.

A full-featured intranet environment to allow company employees to manage collected test results and client information, run system reports and track daily test downloads.
